End of day one

I met 2 of my 3 goals for the need to pack my lunch today LOL. I went for a walk with the whole family and I am writing in my journal. Yay me!!

Day 1...take 2

Well, today hasn't been the best, but I have had much worse days! One tool I have found to help me a lot when I actually use it is Spark People. So today I have logged back onto their website and have started over with step one, which they call Fast Break. I have set 3 goals for right now which are:
  1. Pack my lunch (and actually eat it instead of going to the cafeteria)
  2. Go for a walk
  3. Write in a journal (which will actually be this blog)

Goodbye April and May

Well, April has come and gone and I have done nothing about losing the baby weight. But June is a new month and with baby being 3 months old on Wednesday, it's time to get off my butt. I have told Hubby it is time to start being the food Nazi for me again.

I'm re-setting all my progress back to zero tomorrow morning after weigh in. I won't be able to do my measurements until a later time, because my tape measure has been packed...and is somewhere in a box....
