Couch to 5K day 2 and 3 are now in the books. Today my Ipod was dead, so no podcast. I could have used that as an excuse to not hit the treadmill today and just go home, but I didn't. I pretty much knew what I was supposed to do, so I did it the old way...with the timer. I thought I was on my final run, so as always, I bumped the speed up .2 MPH (may not seem like a lot...but it is!). Then I figured out I had one more run left. Proud to say that I survived the higher speed for 2 of my runs, and was not breathing too hard afterwards.
Dare I say I might actually survive week three?
