Week 3 is done. For the last day of the week, I decided to do my 90 second runs .2 MPH faster than I usually do. Then I also did that for my final 3 minute run. I finished and was feeling pretty good! I am a little bit sore today, but nothing like I have felt in the past.
On to Week 4 on Tuesday. Haven't looked to see what the week is going to bring yet.
I'm also starting the Live Healthy America 100 day challenge this week, on the 20th. We have two teams competing against each other in the department. This could be interesting!
