So, I do not have any stress fractures and was given the go-ahead to slowly start getting back into running.  So this week I have done 2 days of week two of the Couch to 5k training.  Starting next week, I'm going to slow it back down and see how long I can run, since I have my first 5K coming up on Saturday. I'm not expecting to do my best, but it will be a good starting point for me to see how far I have come and how far I need to go yet.

Other than this, I don't have much more to update.  I'll post after my 5K next week. Wish me luck!
