Blogging Again

I'm going to try blogging about my weight loss again.  Hopefully on a weekly basis at least.

Update:  I'm still slowly working on losing the weight...I'm closing in on 30 pounds lost (2 more pounds).  I'm still able to stick with exercising much better than eating well.  I've run 3 more 5k's bettering my time almost every time.  The last one I finished under 40 minutes, which means I cut 7 minutes off my time this year.  I've started to start over the Couch to 5k program, mostly just to get back to a plan again and work towards actually running an entire 5k.
