Better run and a milestone!

I did Day 2, Week 4 last night on my treadmill and it went MUCH better!!  I did slow down a little bit this time, but I only had to stop once for about 20 seconds or so.  I managed to hit 2 miles in a little over 30 minutes.  Overall, I'm pleased with how the day went.

Today is not my official weigh in day, but I weigh myself every day...mostly because I can't resist.  Well, I'm happy to announce....Drum Roll please........

Over 30 pounds lost!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I was not so good on my diet, way too much snaking on things that aren't real good for me.  Something to improve for tomorrow.  Can't deny myself the yummy stuff all of the time.
