Going Strong!

Headed back to the gym today to tackle Day 2, Week 2 of the Couch to 5k program.  I'm running it at 5.0 MPH this time around...up from about 4.3 MPH the first time I attempted this.  Today even the 5.0 seemed a little like a jog, so I bumped up the speed, just a bit.  It wasn't too bad.  I think I'll be ready to move on to week 3.

Eating, I have done pretty well today.  Mostly because I was too busy to think about food for much of the day.  Should have drank more water though.

My challenge for today:  ignoring the last three pieces of cheesy garlic bread sitting on the counter; left over from dinner.
