After lunch I always want something more - usually something sweet. Yesterday to try to satisfy it, I grabbed a life saver to see if that would cut it. Just one little, round, fruit flavored life saver - then I faithfully logged it onto MyFitnessPal for the day. And it came back as 10 calories. For that little thing?? No friggin' way! I know it isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but not how I want to use up 10 calories of my day.
That brings me to another thought. Did you know gum has calories? I've always tried to figure that one out...it isn't like I swallow it, right?
